Quilt Vest Women's Size Large Upcycled Reworked Vintage

Women's quilt vest handmade by me from a vintage quilt.

This piece is light weight and would be perfect for outings, worn over a sweater, hoodie or long sleeve tee + paired with leggings & high boots, or work boots & cozy socks peeping out the top!

Two scoop pockets
Open-front style
Faux felled seams – durable and neat

Measurements, laid flat:
Armpit to Armpit / Chest: 25"
Shoulder to Bottom / Length: 33"

I mended areas by hand & with my machine yet small character marks that remain reflect its charm & history. Vintage is imperfect, revealing signs of love & use - giving a comfortable lived in feel.

I laundered the quilt in a washing machine with baking soda & vinegar for an organic & odorless clean. Then tumble dried on low heat. The quilt vest is in clean condition. For care, I recommend spot cleaning when possible and washing gently only as needed to help preserve its beauty for years to come.
